AI-powered marketing technology company Tec-Do has completed a new financing round as it looks to accelerate artificial intelligence research, commercialisation and global expansion. The company did not disclose the size or valuation associated with the funding.
The round was led by Huatai-General Atlantic, with participation from Forebright Capital, GAC Capital, GSR Ventures and other investors. Long-term shareholder GSR Ventures increased its investment in the company, while the deal also marked Huatai-General Atlantic's first renminbi-denominated investment through its joint venture fund established by Huatai Baoli Investment Management.
Tec-Do said the fresh capital will primarily be directed towards the development of its core AI technologies, including its Tec-Chi specialised multimodal large language models and Navos Marketing Multi-Agent Platform. The company also plans to use the funding to recruit and develop AI talent.
Alongside its core technology investments, Tec-Do plans to increase its focus on Agentic Commerce, Agent-to-Agent collaboration and Generative Engine Optimisation, or GEO. These areas are becoming increasingly relevant as AI-powered interfaces influence how consumers discover information, evaluate products and complete transactions.
Founded in 2017, Tec-Do develops AI-led marketing solutions for businesses operating across international markets. The company said it served more than 100,000 advertisers in 2025, spanning categories including e-commerce, gaming, entertainment and local commerce. Its operations currently extend across more than 200 countries and regions.
The company's Navos platform connects functions including global market intelligence, creative generation, campaign execution, performance attribution and optimisation. In July 2026, Tec-Do launched Navos 2.0, positioning the updated platform as an enterprise AI workforce capable of orchestrating multiple models, tools and specialised agents according to business objectives.
Tec-Do also works with global platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and OpenAI. In July, the company became one of the early official technology partners for ChatGPT Ads. According to Tec-Do, an initial test involving a cross-border brand using its technology with ChatGPT Ads increased return on investment to 2.5 times its previous level while reducing marketing costs. The figures are company-reported and have not been independently verified.
Shuhao Li, Founder and CEO of Tec-Do, said the company's approach is centred on applying AI within business operations to generate measurable outcomes rather than focusing solely on improvements in underlying technology.
The financing comes as marketing technology companies increasingly develop AI agents capable of moving beyond content generation and recommendations towards executing tasks across marketing and commerce workflows. Tec-Do said it plans to extend its specialised models and multi-agent systems across marketing, sales and customer success as part of its next phase of development.
