Girikon.AI’s GirikVoice

Girikon.AI has said its AI-powered voice platform GirikVoice is now handling more than 100,000 calls a day, as the company looks to scale the use of conversational AI across enterprise customer interactions.

The platform can also process and analyse up to one million minutes of conversations daily, according to the company. Girikon.AI said the volumes reflect increasing enterprise adoption of AI voice technology for customer engagement and business operations.

GirikVoice is designed to handle both inbound and outbound conversations. During calls, the platform can identify customer intent, retrieve relevant customer information, update customer relationship management records and trigger workflows within connected business systems.

The platform also supports escalation to human agents when an interaction requires manual intervention. This allows enterprises to automate selected parts of customer conversations while retaining human involvement for situations that cannot be handled by the AI system.

Beyond call automation, Girikon.AI is positioning conversation analysis as another component of the platform. By processing voice interactions at scale, businesses can analyse recurring customer concerns, identify sentiment and detect patterns that may provide insights into customer experience and operational performance.

Alok Anibha, Founder of Girikon.AI, said the opportunity in enterprise voice AI is increasingly moving beyond simply answering larger numbers of calls. He pointed to reliability, context, workflow integration and the ability to convert conversations into business actions as important requirements when deploying voice AI at scale.

The development comes as enterprise voice systems evolve from traditional interactive voice response systems and scripted voicebots towards AI agents that can interpret natural conversations and interact with other business applications.

Voice AI is increasingly being applied to functions such as customer support, sales, service requests and other high-volume interactions. Connecting these systems with CRM platforms and business workflows can allow an AI agent to perform tasks during a conversation rather than limiting its role to answering questions.

However, the performance figures disclosed for GirikVoice are company-reported metrics and do not independently establish measures such as customer satisfaction, accuracy or cost savings. Girikon.AI has not disclosed a breakdown of the 100,000-plus daily calls by customer, industry or use case.

The milestone nevertheless indicates the scale at which the company says GirikVoice is currently operating. As enterprises move conversational AI from trials into customer-facing operations, Girikon.AI is focusing on integrating voice interactions with existing technology stacks while maintaining the option for human escalation.
