Workaholic

AI-powered marketing platform Workaholic has consolidated its content creation, search optimisation, email marketing, paid advertising and analytics tools into a single platform, as marketing technology providers increasingly look to reduce the number of standalone tools used by digital businesses.

The company announced on September 13 that its previously separate marketing tools are now available through a unified dashboard for all customers. The platform is aimed at digital businesses, agencies and e-commerce operators looking to manage multiple marketing functions from one system.

Workaholic said the consolidation allows data and insights to move across different marketing functions. For example, information generated through its SEO tools can be used to inform email subject lines, content development or advertising campaigns without requiring teams to manually transfer information between separate applications.

The platform brings together AI-assisted content and writing tools for long-form content, product descriptions, alt text and brand voice. Its search optimisation capabilities cover keyword and backlink research, SEO audits and tools designed for newer forms of search discovery, including Answer Engine Optimisation, Generative Engine Optimisation and AI Optimisation.

Workaholic has also integrated email marketing capabilities, including natural-language campaign creation, subject-line optimisation, deliverability scoring and a drag-and-drop template designer. Its paid advertising tools can generate ad copy and provide predictive metrics for areas such as click-through rates and cost per acquisition, according to the company.

Performance analytics is another part of the consolidated platform, giving businesses access to visitor and engagement data across connected marketing channels.

Jerry Akpasen, co-founder and CEO of Workaholic, said the company's tools were previously being used individually, requiring customers to connect workflows themselves. The unified platform is intended to allow content, SEO, email and advertising functions to operate using shared intelligence rather than as separate systems.

The company has also developed an AI Search Conductor, which it says evaluates content across multiple factors related to AEO, GEO and AIO alongside traditional SEO. The feature reflects a wider shift in digital discovery as AI-generated answers and conversational search experiences become another consideration for marketers alongside conventional search rankings.

Workaholic's website currently describes the platform as offering more than 35 AI-powered tools across content, SEO, email, media, voice, chat and advertising. It also lists Starter, Pro and Agency plans, with the entry-level plan priced at $49 per month.

The consolidation comes as marketing technology companies increasingly position AI as a way to connect workflows that have traditionally been managed across multiple platforms. For Workaholic, the latest update places that approach within a single operating environment spanning content creation, customer acquisition and performance measurement.
