Cloud-native network software provider Mavenir has partnered with Mumbai-based AI cloud company Neysa to offer AI infrastructure aimed at telecom operators, enterprises and neocloud providers looking to deploy and commercialise artificial intelligence workloads.
Under the partnership, Mavenir will integrate its AI Integrated Platform with Neysa's AI cloud infrastructure. The combined offering brings together AI orchestration, agent workflows, security, policy controls and token-level metering from Mavenir with Neysa's GPU infrastructure, deployment environment and cloud platform.
The companies said the setup is designed to allow enterprises to run AI applications on infrastructure they control, with model orchestration and usage tracking layered over GPU capacity managed through Neysa's cloud. The approach is also intended to support organisations seeking greater control over data and AI workloads.
For neocloud providers, the companies are positioning the combined stack as a way to convert GPU capacity into governed AI services. Neysa will provide the underlying cloud stack and GPU infrastructure, while Mavenir will provide orchestration, policy management and token-level metering and billing capabilities. The platform can be deployed on-premises or across hybrid environments.
The partnership also extends Mavenir's AI infrastructure strategy for mobile network operators. Its AI Integrated Platform allows operators to host models, run AI agents and track token consumption using their infrastructure. Neysa's GPU-backed cloud will provide another deployment option alongside infrastructure already operated by telecom companies.
Mavenir also plans to develop, test and scale its own AI products using Neysa's infrastructure. These include AI Service Assurance for automated network operations, AI Security Agents for fraud and threat detection, and AI Voice Services covering applications such as real-time translation and virtual agents for small and medium-sized businesses.
The company is also using Neysa's cloud for internal AI initiatives, including AI-assisted software development and model selection. Mavenir said its token optimisation and model-routing tools are designed to direct requests to suitable models based partly on cost, as companies contend with rising expenditure associated with deploying frontier AI models at scale.
Mavenir Chief Technology and Strategy Officer Bejoy Pankajakshan said the collaboration is intended to help enterprises and neocloud providers turn GPU investments into sovereign and monetisable AI services.
Neysa Chief Revenue Officer Xavier Kurian said the partnership provides enterprises with a governed and metered approach to running AI on controlled infrastructure while providing greater visibility into costs.
The collaboration comes as enterprises and telecom operators increase investment in AI infrastructure while weighing requirements around data sovereignty, computing capacity, governance and the cost of running AI workloads at scale.
