Zig.ai Integrates With ChatGPT and Claude

Zig.ai has introduced a capability that allows sales teams to execute revenue workflows directly through ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude, extending the use of conversational AI from retrieving information to carrying out sales-related tasks.

The San Francisco-based company said its revenue execution platform can now be called directly from the two AI assistants. Users can provide instructions in natural language to find target accounts, identify and enrich prospective buyers, create outreach campaigns, prepare for meetings, or draft and queue follow-up communication.

Zig.ai acts as the customer context and execution layer behind these conversations. For example, a salesperson can ask an AI assistant to identify companies matching specified criteria, find relevant decision-makers and schedule an outreach sequence. The platform then carries out the workflow using the organisation's existing customer and sales information.

According to the company, the integration supports workflows covering lead search and enrichment, list building, email outreach, calling, research, meeting preparation, pipeline management and automation.

The approach is intended to reduce the number of applications sales teams need to navigate during a typical sales process. Revenue teams often work across customer relationship management systems, prospecting platforms, sequencing tools, meeting software and research products. Zig.ai is positioning conversational AI as an interface through which some of these activities can be initiated and managed.

The company said its broader model keeps the CRM as the system of record, while Zig.ai functions as what it calls a "system of action" for executing workflows using the data and customer context available to an organisation.

Zig.ai describes itself as an AI-native Revenue Operating System. Its platform is designed to organise fragmented go-to-market data into a knowledge graph and use that information to support AI agents across different stages of the revenue cycle.

Launched in January 2026 and headquartered in San Francisco, the company says its platform integrates with more than 30 CRM systems and other revenue technology products. It currently works with enterprises across sectors including fintech, telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing.

The latest capability follows Zig.ai's recent introduction of Enterprise Forward Deployment, a programme that places company engineers within customer accounts to help organise revenue data and develop AI-ready knowledge graphs.

Zig.ai plans to demonstrate the ChatGPT and Claude capability at the Closers Only Club event in Brooklyn on September 27. The launch comes as sales technology providers increasingly integrate generative AI and AI agents into prospecting, customer research and revenue operations.
