Stagwell AI

Global marketing network Stagwell has launched Stagwell AI, a unified portfolio of agentic artificial intelligence solutions designed to support marketing operations across enterprises, mid-sized organisations and small businesses.

Announced on October 20, 2026, the offering brings together existing and newly developed AI products under a single brand, allowing businesses to access tools for audience intelligence, media planning, campaign execution, communications and workflow automation.

The portfolio combines technologies developed across Stagwell's network, including Code and Theory, The Marketing Cloud and Stagwell Media Platform. Rather than requiring businesses to replace their existing technology infrastructure, the products are designed to operate independently or integrate with established marketing systems.

Stagwell AI includes an expanded range of enterprise-focused products under Stagwell Machines, alongside specialised solutions for mid-market organisations and a self-service offering for smaller businesses.

The enterprise portfolio includes Machine OS, previously known as The Machine, developed by Code and Theory. The system connects AI agents, marketing tools and workflows to coordinate activities across teams while maintaining context between different processes.

Other offerings include The Targeting Machine, formerly Stagwell Agentic Targeting System, which combines first-party and proprietary data with behavioural and attitudinal signals to support audience identification and segmentation.

The Knowledge Machine provides decision intelligence capabilities for communications teams, while The Media Machine, developed by GALE, supports media planning, optimisation and campaign performance management.

For small and medium-sized businesses, the company has introduced NEW by Stagwell AI, a self-service offering covering competitive intelligence, AI search visibility, video advertising, influencer discovery, campaign management and return-on-investment tracking.

The offering also includes tools for journalist outreach and AI-powered voice agents designed to assist with sales, customer engagement, appointment scheduling and support activities.

Mark Penn, Chairman and CEO of Stagwell, said the launch consolidates the company's investments in agentic marketing technology and provides businesses with different ways to adopt AI according to their requirements.

Elspeth Rollert, CEO of The Marketing Cloud, will lead the Stagwell AI initiative. According to Rollert, bringing the products under one portfolio is intended to make the company's existing capabilities easier for businesses to identify and access.

The company has also introduced a voice-enabled AI experience on the Stagwell AI website to guide visitors towards relevant products based on their marketing needs.

Stagwell said the portfolio incorporates capabilities developed with technology partners including Adobe and Palantir.

To support the launch, the company plans to run a multimillion-dollar advertising campaign across television, connected TV, business publications, social media and search.

The announcement reflects Stagwell's continued investment in AI-enabled marketing infrastructure, with the company positioning its portfolio around integrated workflows and agent-assisted execution.

However, Stagwell has not disclosed product-level adoption targets, pricing structures or financial projections associated with the newly consolidated portfolio.
