Live2.ai Secures ₹130 Crore Funding

Bengaluru-based artificial intelligence startup Live2.ai has raised ₹130 crore in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, as the company looks to expand its AI-powered marketing software platform and strengthen its presence in international markets.

The funding round includes a combination of fresh capital and secondary share sales, providing partial liquidity to existing investors. The company has not disclosed the proportion allocated to each component or its valuation following the investment.

Live2.ai plans to use the primary capital to develop its agentic AI capabilities, expand enterprise deployments and strengthen its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The company will also increase hiring across engineering, data science and customer success functions in India, Singapore, Europe and North America.

Founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, Live2.ai provides an AI-based social intelligence and commerce platform that enables brands to monitor online conversations, manage marketing campaigns and measure engagement across digital channels.

Its platform tracks brand-related discussions across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and online review platforms, helping marketing teams identify consumer trends and assess campaign performance.

The software combines social listening, influencer content auditing, campaign compliance, publishing and performance measurement within a single system. It also allows brands to use approved digital content to create shopping experiences across online channels.

Live2.ai currently operates eight AI agents designed to support activities such as identifying emerging trends, detecting potential brand crises, auditing campaigns and automating selected responses.

The company said its platform incorporates governance controls and human review mechanisms for enterprise users.

According to Live2.ai, its revenue increased fourfold over the past 12 months, with approximately 90% of its revenue generated outside India. These figures are company-reported.

The startup serves more than 200 brands across international markets. Its customers include Henkel's Schwarzkopf, Shiseido, Titan Brands and Salonory.

Commenting on the funding, J Venkat, Co-founder and CEO of Live2.ai, said brands face challenges in converting large volumes of consumer conversations and digital engagement data into timely business decisions.

He said the investment would support the company's efforts to connect data monitoring, decision-making and campaign execution through a common platform for enterprise customers.

Vikram Gupta, Founder and Managing Partner at IvyCap Ventures, said the investment reflects the growing importance of social platforms in consumer discovery and purchasing decisions.

Live2.ai's board includes investors such as Sony Innovation Fund, SOSV and Duane Park.

The funding comes as marketing technology companies increasingly introduce AI agents to automate campaign management, customer engagement and performance analysis.

For Live2.ai, the latest investment will support further product development and expansion into international enterprise markets, with an emphasis on integrating social intelligence, marketing workflows and commerce capabilities.
