Auxia Launches Agent Studio

Auxia has launched Agent Studio, an agentic marketing platform designed to help marketing teams plan, build and execute campaigns using AI agents across their existing technology stacks.

The new product acts as a central workspace where marketers can use AI agents for campaign creation, analysis, coordination and approvals. It integrates with existing marketing systems, including customer data platforms and email service providers, allowing teams to use the technology without replacing their existing infrastructure.

Agent Studio is built around a shared marketing context graph that gives AI agents access to organisational information such as brand guidelines, historical campaign performance and other relevant business context. Marketers can describe objectives using natural language, after which agents can plan, build, execute and optimise workflows across connected tools.

The platform also includes collaboration capabilities intended to manage processes involving multiple stakeholders. AI agents can collect feedback, identify conflicting requests, summarise proposed changes and route campaigns for approvals across functions including legal, creative, brand, analytics and operations.

Auxia said the product is aimed at reducing manual work involved in activities such as building audiences, configuring customer journeys, quality assurance and coordinating approvals. The company is positioning Agent Studio as a way for lifecycle marketing teams to move more operational work to AI agents while retaining human involvement in strategy, creative decisions and approvals.

The launch also marks an expansion of Auxia's product portfolio beyond its existing Decisioning platform. Auxia Decisioning uses AI to personalise and orchestrate customer interactions in real time, selecting content, channels, incentives and messages across touchpoints including email, apps and websites. Agent Studio can operate independently or alongside the Decisioning product.

Auxia said its Decisioning technology has now delivered more than 200 billion autonomous personalisation decisions since its launch in 2024. The company processes more than 500 million decisions daily and counts businesses including Atlassian, Comcast and Docomo among its customers.

Sandeep Menon, Co-founder and CEO of Auxia, said lifecycle marketers continue to spend significant time manually building campaigns and coordinating approvals. Agent Studio is intended to shift more of this execution work to AI while allowing marketers to focus on strategic and creative responsibilities.

The platform can also be used for recurring tasks such as monitoring campaign performance, preparing business reviews, identifying underperforming lifecycle programmes and creating localised campaigns for different markets.

Agent Studio is currently available in early access. Its introduction comes as marketing technology providers increasingly move from AI-powered recommendations and content generation towards agentic systems designed to execute and coordinate multi-step marketing workflows.
