Swiss Re has appointed Puneet Kumar as Location Head for its India Global Capability Centre (GCC), strengthening the leadership team overseeing the global reinsurer's operations and capabilities in the country.
In his new role, Kumar will be responsible for leading Swiss Re's India GCC and supporting its strategic priorities as the centre continues to contribute to the company's global operations. Kumar brings more than 20 years of experience across financial services, technology and global capability centres. Before taking up the new position, he served in senior leadership roles spanning technology delivery, operations and transformation, giving him experience in managing large teams and enterprise functions.
