LinkedIn is expanding the rollout of Premium All-in-One, a subscription designed for small businesses that combines sales, marketing and hiring tools with artificial intelligence-powered recommendations in a single offering.
The product, previously called LinkedIn Premium Business Suite, is aimed at founders, solopreneurs and small teams that manage multiple business functions. LinkedIn said the subscription is being progressively rolled out, meaning it may not yet be available to all members or across every market.
Premium All-in-One brings together prospect discovery, marketing tools, profile optimisation and hiring capabilities through a central dashboard. The platform also provides recommended actions based on a subscriber's business objectives and activity.
AI plays a role from the onboarding stage. LinkedIn's system can review a member's profile, company page and website to identify products and services, establish target customer criteria and generate recommendations. Users can manually change these details.
For subscribers without sufficient activity history, LinkedIn uses a large language model to help define a target audience using information from the member's profile, company and products or services. The company said model inputs and outputs are scoped to individual members and are not shared or cross-trained across subscribers.
On the sales side, Premium All-in-One provides 15 prospective client suggestions each day, alongside advanced search filters, prospect insights and AI-generated personalised message drafts. LinkedIn said early data showed subscribers were seeing up to a 60% increase in reply rates from suggested prospects.
Marketing features include monthly credits for boosting posts, automatic invitations encouraging people who engage with content to follow the subscriber, a company spotlight and an AI-powered profile writing assistant. The service can also surface posts receiving engagement from a subscriber's target audience, helping users identify relevant conversations.
LinkedIn reported that early users recorded a 57% increase in monthly followers and a 40% rise in profile views. Its engineering team also reported increases in connections and message response rates among subscribers. These figures are LinkedIn's own early performance data and may not represent results for every business.
For recruitment, the subscription includes hiring credits and access to AI-assisted candidate outreach. AI message drafts can personalise communications using information about the candidate, company and open position.
The rollout expands LinkedIn's use of generative AI beyond individual productivity features into a bundled product aimed specifically at smaller businesses managing customer acquisition, marketing and recruitment from the same professional network.
