ImpactFactory.ai Introduces MIA

ImpactFactory.ai has introduced MIA, a virtual Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), as part of its Version 1.8 update, designed to coordinate AI-powered marketing activities for small businesses through a single conversational interface.

Announced on October 8, 2026, the update introduces a new agent architecture that allows businesses to manage marketing strategies, campaigns and performance analysis without interacting separately with multiple AI tools.

MIA, short for Marketing Intelligence Advisor, serves as the central coordinating agent within ImpactFactory.ai's platform. Users can discuss marketing objectives, budgets, campaign ideas and business priorities through a conversational interface, while MIA assigns tasks to specialised AI agents responsible for different marketing functions.

The system is designed to support campaign planning, creative development, media buying, execution and performance measurement. According to the company, MIA can ask follow-up questions, gather information and coordinate multiple activities while maintaining an ongoing conversation with users.

"The breakthrough isn't simply having more AI agents, it's having someone manage them," said Dr. Duane Varan, Founder and CEO of ImpactFactory.ai.

The company said MIA's two-way conversational capabilities are also accessible through mobile devices, allowing business owners to discuss marketing activities, review campaign performance and develop ideas while working outside traditional office environments.

Version 1.8 also expands collaboration between the platform's specialised AI agents. MIA can consider previous marketing activities, evaluate earlier campaign results and analyse competitor activity when recommending future marketing strategies.

Alongside MIA, ImpactFactory.ai has enhanced its AI Media Buyer, an agent designed to analyse advertising performance across digital platforms.

The Media Buyer consolidates campaign metrics from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and LinkedIn, providing businesses with a combined view of their advertising activities.

According to the company, the agent evaluates performance against industry-specific benchmarks, including metrics such as cost per click. It can identify potential underperformance, highlight optimisation opportunities and recommend adjustments to future campaigns.

However, the company stated that decisions involving advertising expenditure will remain under human control. While MIA and the Media Buyer can recommend changes, schedule campaigns and analyse spending performance, users retain authority over financial decisions.

ImpactFactory.ai positions the update as part of its effort to integrate marketing functions traditionally handled by separate agencies, software providers and specialist teams.

The platform supports brand development, website creation, social media management, email marketing, video production, advertising, competitor intelligence and performance analytics.

Subscriptions start at $99 per month, according to the company.

With Version 1.8, ImpactFactory.ai is bringing these capabilities under a coordinated AI-agent system, allowing small businesses to manage multiple marketing activities through a central conversational assistant.
