Bengaluru-based Gnani AI has expanded Ascent, its flagship partner programme, into the Middle East as it looks to help enterprises deploy its conversational and voice artificial intelligence technology across customer experience and contact centre operations.
The programme connects Gnani AI’s multimodal Conversation AI suite, led by Voice AI, with regional technology, infrastructure and implementation partners. The offering also includes Agent Assist and automated quality management and speech analytics capabilities, with the company targeting enterprises across Gulf Cooperation Council markets.
As part of the expansion, Gnani AI has onboarded Rise, a National Holding Group company, iSteer and Gibraltar Technologies as partners in the region. The companies will provide local implementation capabilities and enterprise relationships for deploying Gnani AI’s conversational AI technology.
For regulated enterprises and government organisations, the platform can also be deployed on their own infrastructure. Gnani AI said its technology can be fine-tuned for regional languages, including Arabic, while supporting requirements around data residency and auditability.
The Middle East expansion builds on Gnani AI’s sovereign AI stack unveiled in New Delhi in August. The company is positioning Ascent as an ecosystem for taking AI projects beyond pilots by connecting its technology with systems integrators, cloud and infrastructure providers, consulting companies, CCaaS and CPaaS platforms, original equipment manufacturers and go-to-market partners.
Partners can work with Gnani AI across joint solution development, implementation, platform integration, embedded AI and go-to-market initiatives. The programme uses the company’s broader technology stack spanning its language and speech models and Plexus, its agentic and conversational AI platform.
Gnani AI said its technology currently handles more than 50 million calls a day across over 200 enterprises and supports more than 22 languages. These figures are company-reported. Its deployments span regulated and high-volume industries across markets including India, the United States, the Middle East, Japan and the Philippines.
The company is focusing particularly on contact centres where businesses are looking to introduce AI while continuing to operate existing enterprise systems. Ascent is designed to connect conversational AI with the CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, ERP and other operational platforms already used by organisations.
The regional rollout comes as enterprises increasingly explore AI agents and voice automation for customer service, collections and other high-volume interactions. For Gnani AI, the partner-led model provides a route to combine its AI technology with local implementation expertise as businesses move from experimentation towards production deployments.
