Enterprise AI startup Kily has raised Rs 30 crore in a funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Razorpay and Wyser Capital, as the company looks to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI across consumer brands and enterprise customers. The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Kily's AI platform, expand its engineering capabilities and scale customer acquisition.
Founded to help businesses automate commercial operations using autonomous AI agents, Kily develops enterprise software that enables consumer brands to improve execution across e-commerce and quick commerce channels. The platform combines artificial intelligence with workflow automation, allowing businesses to analyse data, optimise product visibility, monitor performance and automate routine operational tasks.
The funding comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly shifting from generative AI experimentation towards agentic AI systems capable of independently performing business tasks with limited human intervention. Unlike traditional AI assistants that primarily generate text or respond to prompts, agentic AI platforms are designed to complete multi-step workflows, retrieve information across business systems and execute actions on behalf of users.
According to the company, the latest investment will support product innovation, recruitment and expansion into additional enterprise customers. Kily plans to invest in improving its AI models while expanding integrations with platforms commonly used by consumer brands operating across digital commerce ecosystems.
Investor interest in enterprise AI has remained strong despite a broader moderation in startup funding. AI-focused companies continue attracting capital as businesses seek technologies capable of improving operational efficiency, reducing manual workloads and supporting faster decision-making. India's venture capital ecosystem has also seen artificial intelligence emerge as one of its strongest investment themes during 2026, with both specialist and generalist funds increasing allocations towards AI-native startups.
Sorin Investments, which led the round, has been actively expanding its portfolio of AI and enterprise technology companies. The venture capital firm has backed multiple startups focused on artificial intelligence, deep technology and enterprise software as investor demand for AI-driven business applications continues to grow.
The participation of Razorpay in the funding round also reflects growing collaboration between fintech companies and enterprise AI startups. As businesses increasingly digitise operations, AI-powered automation is becoming a critical layer across payments, customer engagement, inventory management and commerce operations.
Industry analysts believe agentic AI represents one of the fastest-growing categories within enterprise software. Organisations are moving beyond standalone generative AI tools towards intelligent systems capable of executing tasks across multiple business applications, enabling employees to automate repetitive processes while improving productivity.
The latest funding also highlights the growing convergence of e-commerce and artificial intelligence. Consumer brands operating across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms increasingly rely on AI to manage pricing, inventory visibility, demand forecasting and customer engagement. Platforms such as Kily aim to simplify these operations by deploying AI agents that continuously monitor business performance and recommend or execute optimisation strategies.
India's enterprise AI ecosystem has gained momentum over the past year as startups build AI-first software for domestic and international customers. Increasing cloud adoption, advances in large language models and stronger enterprise demand have created favourable conditions for AI-native software companies focused on business automation.
With fresh funding in place, Kily is expected to accelerate development of its enterprise AI platform while expanding its presence across the consumer brands sector. As businesses continue adopting intelligent automation to streamline operations, the company aims to position its agentic AI platform as a key productivity layer for organisations operating in an increasingly digital commerce environment.
