Enterprise debt collections platform Credgenics has launched Prix AI, a voice artificial intelligence platform designed to automate collections and other business conversations while measuring performance through outcomes such as recoveries and conversions.
The platform is initially positioned around collections, with Credgenics also identifying potential applications across sales, customer support and reservations in banking, financial services and insurance and other enterprise sectors.
According to the company, Prix AI's voice agents have been developed using insights from more than one billion collections conversations spanning over 100 million loan accounts. The system uses information from each interaction to determine follow-up actions rather than treating individual calls as isolated conversations.
For instance, when a borrower commits to making a payment, the platform can suppress a reminder scheduled for the following day. If a borrower raises a dispute, the interaction can instead be escalated to a human collector.
Prix AI is also designed to identify borrower sentiment and intent in real time, adapt conversations accordingly and switch between 12 Indian languages. The platform captures signals from interactions, including negotiations, the rationale behind responses and recovery probability, which can then be used to inform subsequent actions across a portfolio.
Credgenics said the platform offers 99.9% uptime and response latency of under 800 milliseconds. The company also claimed that in tests involving borrowers with similar risk profiles, Prix AI matched or exceeded the recovery rates achieved by human collection agents. These performance figures are company-reported.
The platform includes automated quality assurance scorecards, transcript indexing and policy guardrails for calls. Credgenics said Prix AI adheres to Reserve Bank of India digital recovery guidelines, Digital Personal Data Protection requirements and Do Not Disturb norms. The company also said the platform is ISO 27001 certified.
Rishabh Goel, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Credgenics, said the company is bringing the intelligence and compliance capabilities of its collections platform into voice interactions, allowing enterprises to scale conversations while linking pricing to results rather than activity.
Anand Agrawal, Co-founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Credgenics, said the company has positioned Prix AI as more than a conventional voicebot, with conversations designed to use context and feed outcomes back into subsequent interactions.
The launch expands Credgenics' existing collections technology into enterprise voice automation at a time when businesses are increasingly deploying conversational AI for customer-facing and operational workflows.
