Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup PowerUp Money has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures as it looks to expand its artificial intelligence-powered investment advisory services and develop products for retail investors.
The round also saw participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC. The investment values the company at approximately $73 million, according to media reports.
Founded in 2025 by Prateek Jindal, who previously co-founded Uni Cards, PowerUp Money operates a digital wealth management platform offering mutual fund portfolio tracking, investment research and advisory services.
The company currently has more than 1.5 million users tracking mutual fund portfolios valued at over ₹2.5 lakh crore through its platform.
PowerUp Money initially focused on building its user base through free portfolio tracking and research tools before introducing subscription-based investment advisory services.
Its paid offering, PowerUp Elite, helps investors assess mutual fund performance, identify underperforming investments and make portfolio rebalancing decisions.
According to the company, the subscription service has attracted more than one lakh paying members within a year of its launch.
The startup has also introduced Elite Prime, an AI-enabled digital wealth advisory product designed to provide personalised investment recommendations based on users' financial requirements and investment profiles.
The service incorporates risk profiling, asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, systematic investment planning and withdrawal strategies.
An AI-powered wealth coach forms part of the offering, allowing users to understand investment recommendations and interact with the platform while reviewing their portfolios.
Alongside its digital advisory products, PowerUp Money operates Infinite, a managed wealth advisory service covering financial planning, portfolio construction, asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management.
The company has reported approximately ₹500 crore in assets under management through Infinite within around nine months of its launch.
With the latest capital infusion, PowerUp Money plans to strengthen its AI capabilities and expand its advisory offerings beyond mutual funds.
The company is looking to introduce support for additional investment categories, including stocks, exchange-traded funds and other asset classes.
Its approach combines technology-led recommendations with human-managed advisory services, allowing investors to access different levels of support depending on their financial requirements.
The latest funding follows a $12 million Series A round raised in December 2025, which was led by Peak XV Partners alongside other investors.
The new investment comes as digital wealth management platforms increasingly explore artificial intelligence for portfolio analysis, personalised recommendations and investor engagement.
PowerUp Money has not disclosed a timeline for the planned expansion into additional asset classes or specific performance targets for its AI-enabled advisory products.
The company-reported user, subscription and asset figures indicate the scale of its existing operations but do not independently establish the effectiveness of its investment recommendations.
