Rahul Mishra, Head of Growth, Atlys

Atlys has appointed Rahul Mishra as Head of Growth, bringing on board a marketing professional with experience across performance marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), digital advertising and customer acquisition.

Mishra joins the visa processing platform from Housing.com, part of REA India, where he served as Head of Performance and CRM. His appointment brings together experience across property technology, healthcare and digital advertising, with a focus on growth strategy and customer engagement.

During his tenure at Housing.com, Mishra was responsible for performance marketing and CRM initiatives supporting the company's digital growth. His work involved managing marketing activities aimed at customer acquisition and strengthening engagement across digital channels.

Before joining Housing.com, Mishra served as Head of Digital and CRM at ASG Eye Hospital. In that role, he developed a performance marketing and CRM framework, establishing processes to support digital customer acquisition and engagement.

His responsibilities included building digital marketing initiatives and integrating customer relationship management practices into the organisation's marketing operations. The position added healthcare services experience to his background in consumer-facing digital businesses.

Mishra has also worked with Apollo 24|7, further extending his experience in the healthcare technology sector.

Earlier in his career, he spent more than four years at Google DoubleClick Digital Studio, where he worked as a team lead managing large-scale programmatic advertising campaigns for international clients.

His client portfolio during this period included Nissan, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Lexus, GSK, Ford, Acura and GroupM, spanning sectors such as automotive, financial services, technology and healthcare.

At Google DoubleClick Digital Studio, Mishra led a team of programmatic media planners and worked on improving campaign execution and operational processes.

During his tenure, he introduced a quality assurance framework that reportedly reduced advertising trafficking errors by 60 per cent. The framework also improved first-week campaign pacing accuracy to more than 95 per cent, according to the reported performance figures.

His experience in programmatic media included campaign planning, execution and quality control, alongside the management of advertising operations for global clients.

At Atlys, Mishra takes on the Head of Growth position with a professional background covering performance-led marketing, CRM, customer acquisition and digital campaign management.

The appointment brings experience from multiple digital business categories into Atlys, which operates in the online visa processing segment.

His previous responsibilities across consumer-facing platforms have involved using digital marketing and customer management systems to support business growth and engagement.

Atlys has not disclosed further details about specific growth targets, reporting arrangements or changes to its marketing structure associated with the appointment.
