Fidelitus GCC Nexus has appointed Dr. Ankita Gupta as Chief Business Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its Global Capability Center services for enterprises establishing and scaling operations in India.
In her new role, Gupta will focus on business strategy, growth, go-to-market initiatives and market expansion. Her remit is expected to include connecting commercial strategy with the company's broader GCC offering, which spans entity formation, governance and compliance, talent and operations, infrastructure deployment and technology capabilities.
Gupta brings more than 18 years of experience across business strategy, marketing, brand building and transformation. Her career has covered markets including India, the US, Europe and the Middle East, with experience across sectors such as construction technology, healthtech, luxury retail, FMCG and EdTech.
Prior to joining Fidelitus GCC Nexus, Gupta worked as Marketing Director at a global construction technology company, where she was involved in building the company's presence in new markets and supporting a sales pipeline across three international markets. She has also worked with Lilac Insights, where her responsibilities included helping launch and scale digital health platforms.
Her previous experience includes leadership roles at EMERITUS Institute of Management and CANTOR CO2E, spanning digital marketing and brand strategy. She has also worked across entrepreneurial and consulting assignments covering multiple consumer and healthcare brands.
Gupta holds an MBA in Media Management and a PhD in Marketing Analytics from DAVV Indore. Fidelitus describes her expertise as spanning consumer insights, commercial strategy and execution, with a focus on building scalable and revenue-oriented businesses.
