LTM has launched BlueVerse AgenTraceIQ, an enterprise offering designed to help organisations monitor, govern and recover artificial intelligence agents as companies move agentic AI from experimentation into business-critical operations.
The offering combines Rubrik Agent Cloud with LTM’s AI governance and managed services capabilities. It is designed to give enterprises greater visibility into autonomous agents, establish controls around their behaviour and restore systems when an agent takes an unintended or destructive action.
BlueVerse AgenTraceIQ provides continuous monitoring of agent activity across enterprise environments. It can trace actions back to prompts, plans and tool interactions, giving organisations additional context around why an AI agent performed a particular action. The capability is intended to support auditability, explainability and root-cause analysis.
The platform also allows organisations to introduce policy-driven controls governing how agents access tools and data. LTM said the offering applies zero-trust principles to agent activity, allowing companies to set boundaries around what autonomous systems can access and perform.
A key component is Agent Rewind, which is designed to reverse unintended agent actions. Organisations can restore affected systems, data, configurations and code repositories to an earlier state if an agent makes changes that disrupt business operations.
The offering supports AI agent ecosystems including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude and custom-built agent frameworks.
BlueVerse AgenTraceIQ is connected to Rubrik’s Project Hourglass, an initiative involving global systems integrators that is intended to help enterprises deploy Rubrik Agent Cloud for Anthropic’s Claude Code. LTM is participating in the programme as enterprises increase their use of autonomous AI systems.
Alok Agrawal, Chief Solutions Officer at Rubrik, said growing agent autonomy is increasing the importance of enterprise security and resilience. He said the collaboration is intended to shift organisations from reactive risk management towards a more proactive framework for AI adoption.
Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer at LTM, said scaling agentic AI requires companies to understand agent behaviour, establish accountability and respond when unexpected outcomes occur.
Alongside the technology, LTM is offering AI Resilience Assessments, Governance Framework Design, Deployment and Integration Services and Managed Governance Operations. These services are intended to help companies identify agent inventories and data exposure, establish governance policies and continuously monitor their expanding AI environments.
The launch comes as enterprises increasingly give AI agents access to applications, company data, code repositories and other operational systems. That shift is creating additional requirements around oversight and recovery as AI systems move from generating responses to independently executing tasks.
