Kluisz.ai Secures $9.6M in Largest AI Seed Round to Reimagine Private Cloud for the AI Era
Kluisz.ai Secures $9.6M

Bengaluru-based AI cloud infrastructure startup Kluisz.ai has raised $9.6 million in seed funding—marking the largest AI seed round in India this year. The investment was led by global venture capital firm RTP Global, with participation from Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, Climber Capital, and a cohort of prominent angel investors including Ritesh Agarwal (Founder of OYO), Dr. Ritesh Malik, and Aditya Virwani.

The funding will be used to expand Kluisz.ai’s engineering workforce, accelerate product development, and support the company’s early-stage customer deployments, the company said in a statement.

Building AI-Native Private Cloud for Enterprises

Founded in early 2025 by Abhinav Sinha, Vamshidhar Reddy, and Abhijeet Singh, Kluisz.ai is developing an AI-native private cloud platform designed to meet the evolving needs of modern enterprises. The platform enables organizations to run AI workloads across hybrid, on-premise, edge, and sovereign cloud environments while maintaining performance, compliance, and security.

"Our goal is to redefine private cloud infrastructure to meet the demands of the AI age," said Abhinav Sinha, Co-founder and CEO of Kluisz.ai. "From silicon to software, the stack is built for performance, policy compliance, and security—without the need for manual intervention."

Kluisz.ai’s offering integrates key cloud functionalities such as observability, security, and automation natively into its architecture. The platform enables developers to define performance or compliance goals, and then automates the deployment and execution of AI workloads across a range of cloud infrastructures.

Backed by Strong Industry Confidence

The seed funding round reflects growing investor interest in AI infrastructure technologies and the increasing demand for enterprise-grade AI solutions.

“Abhinav, Vamshi, and Abhijeet bring world-class experience and vision to this space,” said Madhur Makkar, Principal at RTP Global. “This is a team with deep technical expertise and the product-market instinct needed to reimagine the private cloud in the AI era.”

Bhaskar Majumdar, Managing Partner at Unicorn India Ventures, emphasized that Indian deep tech startups are becoming global contenders. “Kluisz.ai’s cloud management platform offers enterprises a secure, high-performance environment built specifically for AI workloads. This has the potential to significantly impact cloud computing globally.”

Meeting the Needs of a New Cloud Generation

As businesses increasingly adopt artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, the infrastructure supporting these models must evolve. Traditional cloud platforms often require significant customization and manual configuration to support AI workloads, especially across diverse environments like edge computing or sovereign clouds.

Kluisz.ai aims to solve these challenges by delivering an AI-first cloud environment that is scalable, secure, and compliant by default. The startup’s automation-driven approach helps enterprises streamline operations and reduce overhead in managing complex deployments.

The platform is particularly relevant for industries with high regulatory requirements or operational complexity—such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing—where latency, data control, and compliance are critical.

Outlook and Market Positioning

With the AI infrastructure market rapidly growing, Kluisz.ai enters the space with a differentiated value proposition focused on privacy, automation, and performance. The funding provides a strong runway for the company to further refine its offering and scale its presence across India and global markets.

As enterprises seek alternatives to public cloud environments to meet AI-specific demands, Kluisz.ai’s AI-native approach is likely to resonate with organizations looking for tailored cloud solutions that combine flexibility with governance.

By aligning with the future of AI-centric computing, Kluisz.ai positions itself as a promising player in the next generation of cloud infrastructure providers.
