insidepacket Launches AI Access Platform

The platform is designed to give businesses private, on-demand access to GPU infrastructure through telecom operators and cloud providers, with an initial European rollout planned alongside Zayo Europe.

US-based networking technology company insidepacket has announced the launch of its AI Access Platform, designed to connect enterprises with graphics processing unit (GPU) cloud providers through private, on-demand network connections.

Announced on October 12, 2026, the platform is planned for introduction in Europe, initially in collaboration with Zayo Europe. It aims to simplify how businesses access computing infrastructure required for artificial intelligence workloads.

The platform addresses connectivity challenges associated with the expanding GPU cloud market, where enterprises often need to establish separate network arrangements to access computing resources across different providers.

According to insidepacket, the AI Access Platform allows enterprises to connect with participating GPU and neocloud providers within a network operator's ecosystem, with connections designed to be activated within minutes.

The offering operates through two models. Under the first, GPU cloud providers can offer dedicated connectivity services under their own branding. The second allows network operators to create marketplaces where enterprise customers can access multiple GPU cloud providers through a single platform.

The company said it does not sell computing capacity directly. Instead, its white-label Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) technology enables operators, managed service providers and systems integrators to deliver connectivity services using their existing infrastructure.

Participating GPU providers can display their available computing capacity and pricing, while enterprises can select services based on their operational requirements.

The platform also provides private network connections across cloud environments, data centres, enterprise locations and internet services. Its capabilities include network segmentation, security controls and adjustable bandwidth.

insidepacket said an initial deployment at a defined site could be completed in as little as 90 days, depending on integration requirements and project scope.

For European enterprises, the platform is designed to support data sovereignty requirements by enabling AI-related network traffic to remain within national boundaries and operator-controlled infrastructure.

The launch follows increasing demand for specialised AI computing infrastructure. According to figures cited by insidepacket from Synergy Research Group, neocloud revenue exceeded $25 billion in 2025 and is projected to approach $400 billion by 2031.

Michael Katz, Chief Product Officer at Zayo Europe, said the collaboration would combine automated networking capabilities with the company's European infrastructure to connect enterprise demand with GPU capacity.

Eli Karpilovski, Founder and CEO of insidepacket, said the platform allows operators and providers to retain control over their branding, customer relationships and commercial arrangements.

The company's underlying NaaS platform has operated in the United States since September 2025 and in Europe since mid-2026.

While insidepacket has announced the platform and its planned European introduction, it has not disclosed customer adoption figures, commercial pricing or a confirmed date for broader availability.
