Duggal joins the founding leadership team with more than 23 years of experience across media leadership, entrepreneurship and digital transformation. Before joining Pravis, Duggal held senior leadership positions at Essence, Omnicom Media Group, Madison and Mindshare. During his career, he led media, digital transformation and growth initiatives for several global and Indian brands, including Google India, PepsiCo, HP, Airtel, Cisco, Virgin Atlantic, Perfetti, Renault, ITC and SC Johnson. His experience spans traditional media planning, digital transformation, business consulting and technology enabled marketing solutions.

Alongside his corporate career, Duggal has also built technology focused ventures including Adorithm, which was later acquired, and MonkeyMinds, a digital marketing and technology company that worked with more than 100 brands across sectors such as BFSI, retail, consumer goods, direct to consumer, education and media. As part of the transition, several members of the MonkeyMinds team have also joined Pravis, bringing expertise across media planning, performance marketing, strategy and client partnerships.
