Empower India

Empower India Limited has announced plans to expand into artificial intelligence (AI), robotics implementation and system integration, targeting opportunities in India's AI market, which is projected to reach $43.5 billion by 2030.

The company outlined the expansion in a regulatory filing on October 12, 2026, stating that it intends to work with established AI developers, robotics manufacturers and automation providers to help enterprises deploy emerging technologies within their existing business operations.

According to the company's announcement, the expansion will follow an asset-light, partnership-led business model. Rather than developing proprietary AI platforms or manufacturing robotics hardware, Empower India plans to focus on implementing, integrating and customising technologies developed by third-party providers.

The proposed services will include AI implementation, robotics system integration, enterprise automation, software-hardware integration and technology deployment.

The company aims to connect AI applications and robotic systems with existing enterprise infrastructure, including business software, databases and operational workflows.

Managing Director Rajesh Chavan said the company intends to support businesses in moving beyond technology adoption towards practical implementation.

"We aim to help enterprises move from technology adoption to practical deployment, creating intelligent systems that can operate effectively within real business environments," Chavan said.

The expansion comes as businesses increasingly explore AI and automation to improve operational processes, manage data and integrate intelligent systems into existing technology environments.

Empower India expects potential revenue from implementation fees, system integration, customisation, deployment, maintenance and ongoing technology support. However, these revenue streams will depend on future commercial agreements.

The company has cited projections indicating that India's AI market could grow at a compound annual growth rate of approximately 32% between 2025 and 2030, reaching $43.5 billion by the end of the decade.

It also highlighted opportunities in intelligent robotics, with the domestic market projected to increase from $450.5 million in 2025 to approximately $1.68 billion by 2030.

These estimates form part of the company's assessment of potential demand for AI deployment and automation services.

The proposed expansion represents a diversification of Empower India's existing technology infrastructure and digital management activities.

By positioning itself as an implementation partner, the company intends to provide services that connect technologies from multiple providers with enterprise systems and operational requirements.

Such integration can involve configuring applications, establishing connections between software and hardware, and supporting the deployment of automation technologies within business environments.

The company has not disclosed the names of prospective technology partners, confirmed customer contracts or specified an investment amount for the expansion.

Details regarding the commercial rollout and implementation timeline also remain undisclosed.

The announcement marks Empower India's planned entry into AI and robotics integration services as it seeks to expand its presence in enterprise technology implementation.
