Fleetx.ai, an AI-native fleet and logistics technology company, has acquired transportation management system provider Pando.ai for an undisclosed amount, bringing together fleet operations and freight management capabilities under a unified logistics technology platform.
The acquisition is aimed at combining Fleetx's fleet management, telematics and artificial intelligence capabilities with Pando.ai's transportation management technology. The combined platform is expected to give enterprises a broader system for managing physical fleet operations alongside freight planning and transportation workflows.
Pando.ai has built a presence in the enterprise transportation management market and works with companies across sectors. Its customer base includes Sun Pharma, Honda, Castrol, Godrej, Pernod Ricard, Berger Paints, Perfetti Van Melle and Orient Electric, according to information reported around the acquisition.
For Fleetx, the deal expands an existing technology portfolio that spans fleet management, trip intelligence, video telematics, fuel analytics, transport ERP and transportation management systems. The Gurugram-based company uses AI, IoT and real-time data to help enterprises digitise logistics operations, improve vehicle and driver safety and manage operational costs.
The acquisition comes as Fleetx increases its investment in AI-led logistics products. In November 2025, the company introduced an AI-powered truck routing intelligence platform designed specifically for commercial vehicles. The system uses insights from millions of trips across more than five lakh connected commercial vehicles to recommend routes based on factors including safety, speed and cost.
Fleetx has also been expanding its scale across India's logistics ecosystem. The company says it has served more than 500,000 vehicles, tracks more than 10 million trips annually and processes over 20 billion sensory data points each day. Its technology ecosystem includes more than 300 integrations.
The company raised Rs 113 crore in a Series C funding round in May 2025, led by existing investors IndiaMART and BEENEXT. At the time, Fleetx said it had crossed Rs 100 crore in annual recurring revenue and served more than 2,000 customers, including over 100 large enterprises. The funding was earmarked for product development and expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers.
By bringing Pando.ai into its operations, Fleetx is looking to connect two areas that are often managed through separate systems: the movement and management of vehicles, and the planning and execution of enterprise freight.
The acquisition broadens Fleetx's position from fleet management towards an integrated logistics technology platform as businesses increasingly look to AI, automation and connected data to manage transportation operations.
