In a bold shift from investor to co-creator, Rikant Pittie, Co-Founder of EaseMyTrip and angel investor, has announced the launch of an AI Venture Studio aimed at partnering directly with entrepreneurs to build solutions for some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
“Over the past few months, I have been approached by numerous passionate entrepreneurs with innovative & powerful ideas, but struggling to find the right support,” Pittie shared. “That got me thinking, what if I did not just invest, but built alongside them?”
The AI Venture Studio will serve as a collaborative platform for early-stage startups working on impactful, AI-driven solutions in sectors such as healthcare, defence, mobility, entertainment, logistics, agritech, fintech, and education. Pittie emphasized that this initiative is not about traditional funding routes or pitch decks, but about working side-by-side with visionary founders.
“This isn’t about pitch decks and long applications. It’s about passion, clarity, and vision. I am looking for 10 outstanding startups that are building with global ambition, and solving problems that truly matter, Rikant told MartechAi.com.
Pittie’s move signals a growing trend among Indian entrepreneurs to go beyond capital deployment and take an operational role in nurturing deep tech and AI startups. With India emerging as one of the fastest-growing hubs for AI development, this initiative seeks to anchor ambitious ventures that can scale globally while being rooted in Indian innovation.
“If you are building something meaningful, and you are ready to scale it from India to the world, please comment or message me your story,” Pittie added. “Let us reimagine the future by writing the next big Indian story.”
The initiative also aligns with India’s broader digital transformation agenda, echoing themes of Skill India, Tech for Impact, and AI for Good. With this venture studio, Pittie is not only looking to fuel innovation but also shape it—by embedding himself into the very DNA of the next generation of startups.
